Security Profile Updates

Over the next few weeks we are moving all users to new more streamlines Security Profiles.  You should notice no impact on you access to the system, but if you have any issues LCCconcertohelp@vincifacilities.com. Inactive users will also be disabled.

Any requests for new users, password resets, reports, configuration or faults should be directed to this email account. 

SEMS specific enquiries should continue to be directed to SEMS@vinciconstruction.co.uk

Concerto New User Request

To request a new user to be set up please complete the New User Form from the Template library and ask you Service Manager to approve and submit

Contacting the PSC

There have been some changes to contacting the PSC. To assist with the effective planning and prioritising of property tasks, all non-urgent issues should be reported using this form available on the My Property George page.
